How do I book a session with you?

Ready to book? How exciting. The best way would be to click 'contact' and fill in with all your information and your most preferred date. Once I receive this on my end, I will contact you back with confirmation or an alternative date. Once we have agreed to go ahead and we're all set to go, I will send you a confirmation email, invoice, and a contract. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is then required to secure your booking with me and the outstanding amount is due 7days prior to your session. You will then receive a location, colour and dress/outfit guide to help you with deciding what would suit you best.

When can we see our photos?

Your gallery will be ready to view within 4-6 weeks, all depending on the time of the year as well, as I do tend to get busy over certain periods of the year. I also work a normal job andddd I'm a mum - we all know how hectic that can be! So please do bear with me and be patient when trying to get your galleries out. Sometimes you may even get your gallery earlier but I do stretch it out so I'm not putting too much pressure on myself to juggle everything at once.

Can we purchase extra images?

Absolutely.
You can select extra images for $25ea or for all the images in your gallery for $450.

What if we need to reschedule?

There is a $55 reschedule fee for any rescheduled sessions Rescheduling your session will also incur a loss of the deposit paid as these slots cannot be filled with short notice.
If you or one of your family members are unwell, please let me know as soon as possible so we can move your session date. As a mother with my own family, I always try my best to understand your circumstances when it comes to rescheduling.
If you do a no show, no funds will be refunded.

Do you provide payment plans?

As a photographer and parent myself, I understand that professional photos can be quite an expensive investment and I would never expect a client to make full payment up front. However, clients are required to pay a $150 non-refundable deposit which comes off the package amount - this also secures your slot. Then I am more than happy for clients to pay whatever they can leading up to their sessions, as long as the full amount is paid 48hrs prior to the day of shoot.

Do you offer videography services?

Unfortunately, I do not. I am more than happy to recommend and refer you to photographers who offer this service in the Sydney area.

Is there a travel fee?

Yes.
Travel fees are added to all photoshoots located outside of Campbelltown.

What if I need my photos before the turnaround timeframe?

There is now a 'rush' fee applied if photos are required under 4 weeks from shoot.
